The artist Cayce Zavaglia innovated to produce portraits made with embroidery. The work is impressive how realistic is the face of the portrayed. They look like a painting, the details given in the look and hair. Cayce is American, Indiana State and graduated in Visual Arts. Exhibiting since 2004 by the U.S., primarily in New York. “Ghosts of History” por Jo Teeuwisse

The Dutch historian Jo Teeuwisse found more than 300 images of old Amsterdam, and therefore decided to create a project that she did not believe it would have much impact. The historian's intention was to make people know the story behind that was as clean streets and urbanized living today. Little do these streets of Amsterdam were already onstage War.
